Roof conversion and pod - Neuchatel Road, SE6

The client required planning permission and building regulation / construction drawings in order for a builder to price, for a roof conversion with dormer, and pod extension over the existing rear wing. We worked closely with our engineer contacts in order to minimize impact on the existing building.  The design is thought to maximise on habitable space, minimising circulation space.
