About Us
JavensDesign Ltd is a small Architectural firm based in South Croydon / Sanderstead focusing on highly detailed design, including luxury properties. We predominantly work in South London, as well as West and East London, Croydon and Surrey, and surrounding areas but are always willing to go further afield for the right project!
We work closely with our clients on residential and/or commercial properties, whether it be an existing property home extension plans, renovations, or new builds. We have an interest in period / classical architecture including listed buildings, as well as modern / futuristic buildings.
Architectural services include: Measured surveys, sketch schemes, feasibility reports, planning submissions, planning consultant services, construction / building regulations / drawings, 3D renderings, tendering out to builders, site management / contract administration.
We also have partnered with a small build team which is available to do the construction and/or fit-out works if the client prefers this more streamlined method of design and build.

Simon Javens
Owner / Director
As the owner of JavensDesign Ltd, I have worked for many years in the profession.
At the start of my career, I had worked for a small Architectural firm in Petersfield, Hampshire focused on traditional country homes. For me, this was a transition from student to professional.
Longing for more varied projects, I then moved to London with aspirations of working on more exquisite London property.
I very quickly became involved in highly detailed architecture, working on large townhouses in Chelsea and beyond.
Though I did not want to limit myself to Architectural firms alone; I started working as a consultant for interior design companies as well as construction / main contractors.
JavensDesign now is my main focus and with my knowledge and experience, I feel up to any challenge!
