Sailing Club -
Weir Wood Reservoir, East Sussex 

The project brief was to transform an existing sailing slub with new-build property with scope to improve the architecture to a modern high standard, in order to attract more business. The site is based to the north side of  the Weir Wood Reservoir in East Sussex. We had surveyed the existing property, prepared multiple sketch proposals - one to retain the existing structure and develop, another to demolish and start fresh.  We prepared many sketch ideas, 3D renderings, and block studies in order to give an idea of scale and appearance within the proposed site.
