Two Storey Side Extension, full renovation with internal alterations -
Avenue Road, Brentford

The project breif was for a full house renovation and to extend to the side with a double storey side extension and maximise on the increased floor space internally, allowing for an ensuite bedroom at first floor and a large kitchen diner with direct side access to the garden at ground floor level. After much work with our client, we achieved planning permission in this 'Area of Architectural Importance' in brentford, London. 

After this, we provided detailed building regulation / construction drawings.

The finished result is superb and an excellent addition to the original house which was in need of modernisation.
