We gained planning permission to demolish an existing bungalow and replace with 2 new semi-detached homes. The scheme complies with London Housing Design guidelines, and provides sufficient amenity space to the rear, achieved partially by overhanging the 1st&2nd floor above the garden which gives a modern appearance, but also provides sheltered space to enjoy the outside.
