We were appointed to provide options to the ground floor to create extra space for an open plan kitchen/living/dining experience where the existing kitchen layout was very small, dark and impractical. After exploring multiple options, the client decided to go with a ground floor rear extension to house a new modern kitchen. There were many design challenges that were resolved via a full detailed design / building regulations package.
