Porch Extension + internal alterations - Gravetts Lane, Guildford, GU33JR

We were appointed to provide options in order to open plan the immediate entrance area of the property. This was achieves with suitably supporting the structure above with steels and allowing for a fire surpressant mist system in order to comply with Fire Regulations. A new porch was added to the front of the property in order to define the entrance and add character, whilst adding further space internally.
