Granny Annexe / Garden Pod - Homestead way, New Addington, CR0 0DU

Our client wanted to use an SFS steel frame system to build a granny annexe / garden pod in the back garden to accomodate a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The client had already dealt with the planning application, but needed assistance with the building regulation application along with full detialed design / construction drawings. We provided this service in conjunction with our structural engineer in order to make sure everything complies.

The client decided to take on the challenge of building the Annexe himself and we were more than happy to answer any questions along the way. He now has his building control certificate and is looking forward to the next development.
