Flat Refurbishment -
Earls Court Road, SW5

A repeat client requested we renovate another of their Earls court flats. Initially we proposed a complete removal of all internal walls including structural in order to completely alter the layout to the best possible. We had a structural engineer design the structure in accordance with our design to proove it worked. Although this was the client preferred layout, due to party wall and freeholder matters we decided to revert to a non-strcutrual design which allowed us to proceed quicker. The design is to the client taste, modern/classic with a very robust high spec and finish.
