A detailed survey is the first step for any project post the initial consultation. This is usually the first visit on site where we will inspect the existing property and assess its potential. Its condition, structural arrangement, layout, MEP is all important information that can influence a proposal.

The site will be thoroughly measured internally and externally, services will be indicated where relevant and site photos will be taken throughout for reference. Observations of the neighbouring buildings and street is also important as this may impact the planning application.

Plans, Sections, Elevations will all be drawn up in CAD in order to allow for the following design stages.
