Contract Administration / Construction in Reigate, Surrey & London

Once a builder has been selected, we can then set up a JCT Contract bretween the client, contractor (builder), and contract administrator (JavensDesign),

Generally, we manage the design, we manage risk, we manage the payments to the builder, we manage conflict, we manage outside authorities such as building control, we manage the communication in between.

Payments to the builder are made via weekly or fortnightly valuations where we assess the works that have been done to date and pay accordingly in relation to the fee's quoted for in that section of works.

We will keep a close eye on quality of workmanship, Answer design queries, and update the client on progress.

On practical completion, the works will be inspected and signed off with required certification as per the chosen contract, typically provided by JCT.
